ChillyDog Care:

The ChillyDog is strong and durable.  It can be washed with a hose, scrubbed, thrown int he base of your vehicle, and generally mistreated without worry about damage.  The Cool Packs inside the ChillyDog are unique in that the materials they contain is the only phase change material (PCM) that can be consumed without harming the dog.

Warranty:

Glacier Tek Manufacturer’s Warranty
Glacier Tek warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, provided the products supplied have not been subject to accident, alteration, negligence, abuse, or misuse. As the sole remedy under this warranty, Glacier Tek will, at its option, repair or replace non-conforming goods.

Glacier Tek Performance Warranty
Glacier Tek warrants its phase change products to change phase from liquid to solid and the reverse (when exposed to the appropriate temperatures for a sufficient length of time) for the life of the product, provided the products supplied have not been subject to accident, alteration, negligence, abuse, or misuse. As the sole remedy under this warranty, Glacier Tek will, at its option, repair or replace non-conforming goods.  

Return Policy

It is highly unlikely you will want to return your ChillyDog if you have properly measured your dog, however, if a return is necessary, please following these instructions.

You must contact Helping Udders at 316 706 5165 or mikel@helpingudders.com prior to any returns.
 

What You May Return
You may return your ChillyDog as long as it is in like-new, resalable condition.  It can't have been worn much, washed, altered, or soiled or damaged. Returns are accepted for exchange/refund within 30 days of purchase.

What You May Not Return
Merchandise not suitable for return includes:

• Any product that has been worn
• Any product that has been washed
• Any product that has been altered, soiled, or damaged
• Any product that has been discontinued

NOTE:  Returned Merchandise must be shipped UPS Ground or other carrier that provides tracking information. Package your return properly.  We are not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in shipping, so you may want to consider insuring the product.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days of if vest is unsuitable for resale.
