Boston Terrier Saves Family Home

AP Wichita, May 2005 - Tony Let-me-at-em Miller, a then 14 month old Boston Terrier from Wichita, KS, saved his family's home recently by detecting a thriving termite colony in the wall of their house.  Tony, who is also an agility prodigy, detected the termites, scratched at the paneled wall to reveal the beasts, and in Lassie-like fashion, alerted his Mom of the danger.

"It's just amazing.  I've never seen anything like it!" said the Termite Man pictured here with Tony.  "We paid thousands of dollars for a Beagle that was trained to do that.  This dog is obviously a genius!"
